Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing 1% Wisdom Coaching & Consulting for your coaching & consulting needs. We value your trust & are committed to providing you with high-quality services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.

Refunds

1. Consulting Services: We offer a 1 calendar day refund policy for our consulting services. If you are not satisfied with the consulting services provided within the first calendar day from the start date, you may request a refund. Please contact us at nick@1percentwisdom.com to initiate the refund process.

2. Coaching Services: Coaching services are non-refundable after the first session. We believe in the value of our coaching & results, but if you are not satisfied with your first coaching session, you may request a pro-rated refund for any additional sessions left to schedule in your selected package that was previously paid for. Please contact us at nick@1percentwisdom.com to initiate the refund process.

Cancellations

1. Consulting Services: If you need to cancel a consulting session, please provide at least 3 calendar days notice prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made with less than 3 calendar days notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

2. Coaching Services: If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 1 calendar day notice prior to the scheduled session. Coaching sessions canceled with less than 1 calendar day notice may not be rescheduled & will be considered forfeited.

Exceptions

1. In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, we may consider refund or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible in such situations.

2. If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule & preferences.

3. With exception to this section, since the 'Intro Insight Package' involves only 1 coaching session, the refund request MUST be made at least 1 calendar day prior to the scheduled session. After that time, no refund requests will be honored. However, on the day of your scheduling session, you may request to reschedule & a 30% rescheduling fee will be processed & accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

Coaching Services:

We offer coaching services with a satisfaction guarantee. If, after your first coaching session, you are not completely satisfied with the service, you may request a refund of the session fee. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the initial session, & the refund will be processed within 14 days of the request.

Consulting Services:

For consulting services, we do not offer refunds once the service has been initiated or delivered. We work closely with our clients to ensure that their needs are met throughout the consulting engagement.

Cancellation Policy

Coaching Services:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Consulting Services:

For consulting services, cancellation terms will be outlined in the consulting agreement between us & the client. Please refer to the consulting agreement for specific cancellation terms.

Digital Products & Courses:
